One of my favorite blogs is that of our peace-living and peace-loving friend and Friend, The Quaker Agitator, Quaker Dave.That is him on the right and me on the left. Although - Quaker Dave on the right? I don't think so...
What? You don't read Quaker Dave? I know, too many blogs, so little time. Just put him in your reader and check him out once in awhile.
Prolific, wise, curious, intense, peaceful and peace-filled, authentic - these are but a few descriptors for this very special man.

He started out using photos of people making the peace sign... have a look here to see what I mean.
Then it got personal.
However, no one has sent QD any new photos!!! So he posted the last one this Friday.
Please consider going over to Quaker Dave's and sending him your photo making a peace sign.
Don't want to do that, but want to participate? Email your photo to me and I will get it to David.
Let's keep peace and hope alive. We need it more than ever. Please.

I love Quaker Dave! I don't check in day, just sporadically and thought (mistakenly) that he ptobably had a back-log of photos.
I would surely miss this part of The Quaker Agitator, as it is nice to put faces to the names in comments. I don't have a camera phone, so I will have a picture taken and send it in.

I'm glad you're persisting in this, because I finally have daughter MJ home to take my picture!
I heartily second your endorsement of Quaker Dave! He always bring thoughtful insight into issues that don't get the media "play" they should.
Like the concept of "peace," for example.
